REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Last Updated: 18.06.2025
At Acedigate (“Acedigate” or “the Company”), customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. The following terms outline our policy regarding refunds, cancellations, and service termination for our digital platforms and services.
Nature of Services & Legal Framework
Acedigate offers digital subscriptions, access to online platforms, and licensed software products. According to consumer protection laws (such as the Turkish Law No. 6502 and international e-commerce standards), the right of withdrawal may be limited for instant-access digital content that has already been delivered or used.
Subscription Cancellation & Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the user account panel or by submitting a written request.
- For auto-renewing plans, cancellation must be made before the renewal billing date.
- Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid period. Early cancellations generally do not qualify for a refund, unless specified below.
Refund Conditions
A partial or full refund may be issued in the following situations:
- Service failure due to technical issues on our side
- Duplicate payments or incorrect plan selection
- Cancellation within a trial period (if applicable)
Note: Once digital content or software licenses are accessed or activated, they are considered consumed, and the right to withdrawal may no longer apply.
Refund Process
- Refund requests are typically evaluated within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
- Users will receive confirmation of approved refunds via email.
All refund-related inquiries should be directed to:

Non-Refundable Cases

- Activated license keys that have already been delivered
- Services already accessed or consumed by the user
- Customized products or features developed specifically for individual clients
